Instructions:
1. For the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to set.
2. For the cream cheese layer: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until creamy. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined. Spread this mixture over the crust evenly.
3. For the strawberry jello layer: In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello mix in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Add cold water and mix well. Let it cool slightly.
4. Arrange the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer. Pour the strawberry Jello mixture over the strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
5. Once set, decorate the top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries before serving.
