3 Minute Fudge – Don’t LOSE this Recipe
Ingredients:
– 3 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
– 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
– 1/4 cup butter
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt
– Optional toppings: nuts, sprinkles, or mini marshmallows
Instructions:
– Melt Ingredients: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue microwaving in 15-second increments, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
– Add Flavor: Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until well combined.
– Pour and Set: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and spread it evenly. Add any desired toppings.
– Chill: Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until set. Once firm, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
