Magical Christmas Fudge

14 oz sweetened condensed milk
6 oz white chocolate chips
6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles

Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Divide the sweetened condensed milk in half. In one bowl, combine white chocolate chips with half of the sweetened condensed milk, and in another bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the remaining milk.
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between. Once melted, add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and stir. Spread this mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Melt the white chocolate mixture in the microwave in similar intervals. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and stir well. Mix in half of the Christmas sprinkles, then spread the white chocolate layer on top of the semi-sweet chocolate layer.
Sprinkle the remainder of the sprinkles over the fudge. Chill in the fridge for at least one hour before slicing and serving
