Easy Crab Rangoon Dip
A creamy and flavorful appetizer!
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise1
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
8 ounces crab meat, drained and picked over
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 green onion, chopped
Instructions:
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, soy sauce, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Beat until smooth.
Add Crab and Cheese: Stir in crab meat, mozzarella cheese, and green onion. Mix until well combined.
Transfer to Dish: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9-inch baking dish.
Bake: Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with wonton chips, crackers, or vegetables.
For a spicier dip, add more red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
You can also add other ingredients to the dip, such as chopped water chestnuts or green onions.
