2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)

1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 lb baby potatoes
2 tbsp butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
