Ribeye Steak Bites and Cheesy Smashed Potatoes 





Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb ribeye steak (cut into bite-sized pieces) 

2 tbsp olive oil 

3 cloves garlic (minced) 

1 tsp smoked paprika 

1/2 tsp garlic powder 

1/2 tsp black pepper 

1 tbsp chopped parsley 

For the Cheesy Smashed Potatoes:
1 lb baby potatoes 

2 tbsp butter 

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 

1/2 tsp garlic powder 

Salt & pepper to taste 

Optional: sour cream or chives for garnish 

Letβs Make It Happen:
Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Sear steak bites for 2β3 minutes per side until golden brown. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
Prepare the Potatoes:
Boil baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 12β15 minutes. Drain and place on a greased baking sheet.
Gently smash each potato with the back of a spoon or a potato masher. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Bake:
Broil the potatoes in the oven for 5β7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve Together:
Plate the steak bites alongside the cheesy smashed potatoes. Add a dollop of sour cream or sprinkle with chives for extra flavor.
Tips for Extra Magic:
Swap cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for a fun twist. 

Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze over the steak bites for sweetness.
