Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients
For the Chicken Bites:
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
12 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions
Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season the Chicken: In a bowl, mix chicken with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Chicken Bites: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Make Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, then toss chicken bites in the garlic butter. Set aside.
Prepare the Sauce: In another skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes, then mix in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Combine: Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy Parmesan sauce. Top with garlic butter chicken bites and garnish with fresh parsley.
