Instructions:
1. In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pimento peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, jalapeรฑo (if using), and a few grinds of black pepper ๐Ÿฅ„.
2. Beat the ingredients together using a hand mixer, stand mixer, or a sturdy spoon or spatula. Mix until everything is evenly combined ๐Ÿ’ช.
3. Taste the mixture and adjust seasonings as needed. Add black pepper for a sharper kick, salt for more flavor, or a pinch of cayenne for extra heat ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ.
