Ingredients:
– 2 cups pecans, finely chopped ๐Ÿฅœ
– 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour ๐ŸŒพ
– 1 cup granulated sugar ๐Ÿฌ
– 1 cup brown sugar ๐Ÿฏ
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ
– 1/2 cup buttermilk ๐Ÿฅ›
– 4 large eggs, beaten ๐Ÿฅš
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ๐Ÿฆ

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray ๐Ÿงˆ.
2. In a bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, beaten eggs, vegetable oil, and buttermilk until smooth ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ.
