Ingredients:

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the Chipotle Mayo: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, adobo sauce, garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Serve: Serve the sweet potato fries immediately with the chipotle mayo dipping sauce.
Tips:
You can use any type of sweet potato you like for this recipe.
For a spicier mayo, add more chipotle pepper in adobo sauce.
