Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
– 4 salmon fillets
– 3 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Fresh cranberries and dill (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Prepare the glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
2. Sear the salmon:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
3. Glaze and finish:
Brush the honey mustard glaze generously over the salmon fillets. Reduce the heat to low and let the glaze caramelize for 1-2 minutes, spooning the sauce over the salmon.
4. Serve:
Plate the salmon and garnish with fresh cranberries and dill for a festive touch. Pair with roasted vegetables or a light salad for a complete meal.
