Cheesy Steak Bites and Rotini Pasta
Ingredients:
12 oz rotini pasta
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook pasta: Boil rotini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites with paprika, salt, and pepper for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Make sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic. Add heavy cream and simmer. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Combine: Toss cooked pasta with the cheese sauce. Add steak bites and mix well.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
