– 3 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and black pepper, to taste
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

### **Instructions:**
### **1. Preheat the Oven:**
– Preheat your oven to **400°F (200°C)**.
– Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

– In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
