– 4 large eggs
– 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
– Salt and black pepper, to taste
*For Serving:*
– Toasted bread or hash browns (optional)

### **1. Prepare the Steak Bites:**
– Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels.
– Season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

– Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for **2-3 minutes** per side, ensuring a deep brown crust.
– Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic, tossing the steak bites in the garlic butter for **1 minute**.
– Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
