Cheesy Mushroom and Garlic Toasts

Ingredients:
Sliced bread (preferably sourdough or French bread)
Mushrooms (sliced)
Garlic (minced)
Olive oil or butter
Mozzarella or Gruyère cheese (shredded)
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Steps:
Prepare the Mushrooms: Sauté sliced mushrooms in olive oil or butter with minced garlic until golden and tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast the Bread: Lightly toast the bread slices in a toaster or under a broiler.
Assemble the Toasts: Spread the sautéed mushrooms evenly on the toasted bread slices. Top with shredded cheese.
