Creamy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip
Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1/3 cup brown sugar
– 1/3 cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated, if preferred)
– 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. This step ensures a smooth and creamy dip.
2. Add the vanilla extract, salt, and milk to the mixture. Beat until well combined.
3. Gradually mix in the flour, a little at a time, until the dough reaches your desired consistency. If you heat-treated the flour for safety, ensure it has cooled completely before adding it.
4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips, reserving a handful for garnishing.
5. Transfer the cookie dough dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top for decoration.
