### Homemade Wonton Soup
#### Ingredients:
– 1 pack of wonton wrappers
– 250g ground pork
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
– 2 green onions, finely chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 cups chicken broth
– Bok choy or spinach, chopped
– Optional: sliced mushrooms, tofu, or shrimp
#### Instructions:
1. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine the ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Assemble the Wontons: Place a small amount of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water, then fold the wrapper over the filling to create a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
3. Cook the Wontons: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Drop the wontons into the boiling water and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
4. Prepare the Broth: In a separate pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer. Add the bok choy or spinach (and any other desired ingredients like mushrooms, tofu, or shrimp) and cook until tender.
5. Serve: Place a few wontons in a bowl and ladle the hot broth over them. Garnish with additional green onions and enjoy your delicious Homemade Wonton Soup!
