Homemade Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs Recipe

Homemade Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs Recipe 🧄🧈🧀
Ingredients
1 container refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley or fresh parsley, chopped
Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Biscuit Dough
Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers or a rolling pin.
Stuff the Dough
Place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges over the cheese and pinch to seal completely. Roll the stuffed dough into a ball.
Arrange in the Baking Dish
Place the stuffed dough balls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish, ensuring they are not touching too closely.
Make the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
Brush and Bake
Brush the tops of the dough balls generously with the garlic butter mixture. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for an extra cheesy topping.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve and Enjoy
Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce, like marinara or ranch!
