Honey Glazed Ham with Pineapple & Mustard Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

For the Ham:

1 (6-8 pound) bone-in ham, spiral-sliced or whole
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Pineapple:

1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into rings
For the Creamy Mustard Sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Ham: Score the ham in a crosshatch pattern. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, garlic, Dijon mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper. Brush the ham with the honey mixture.
Roast the Ham: Place the ham in a roasting pan and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C) is reached.
Prepare the Pineapple: While the ham roasts, grill or broil the pineapple rings until slightly charred and softened.
Make the Creamy Mustard Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Serve: Slice the ham and arrange on a platter. Top with the grilled pineapple. Drizzle with the Creamy Mustard Sauce and serve.
Tips:

You can add other flavors to the glaze, such as brown sugar, maple syrup, or orange juice.
Serve the ham with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or green beans
