One-Pan Garlic Herb Chicken with Potatoes & Green Beans- Don’t Lose This


Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pound baby potatoes, quartered
1 pound green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare vegetables: Toss potatoes and green beans with olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Spread on a large baking sheet.
Season chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them on top of the vegetables.
Roast: Roast in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
