Creamy Cheddar BBQ Ranch Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients:
– 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
– 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
– 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
– 1/2 cup ranch dressing
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Stir in the heavy cream, BBQ sauce, and ranch dressing. Bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Add the shredded chicken and stir until heated through.
5. Gradually mix in the cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
