Fried Cabbage with Shrimp & Sausage Recipe 🍤🥬

Ingredients
For the Dish:
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 oz (340g) smoked sausage, sliced
1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Sausage
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sliced sausage and cook until browned on both sides (about 5 minutes).
Remove the sausage and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Shrimp
In the same pan, add another 1 tbsp olive oil and toss in the shrimp.
Season with Cajun seasoning and black pepper.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Remove and set aside with the sausage.
Step 3: Sauté the Cabbage
Reduce heat to medium, add butter, then toss in onions and garlic.
Cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add chopped cabbage, then season with paprika, cayenne, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir occasionally and let the cabbage cook down for 10-12 minutes, until tender and slightly caramelized.
Step 4: Combine Everything
Return the shrimp and sausage to the pan.
Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!
