Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake
Ingredients:
1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Spoon the strawberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the dry vanilla cake mix over the strawberry filling. Do not stir—just make sure it covers the top completely.
Pour the melted butter evenly over the top of the cake mix.
Drizzle the milk and vanilla extract over the cake mix for added flavor and moisture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
