No-Bake Strawberry Crunch Cake
A luscious, creamy, and crunchy strawberry delight! This no-bake cake is packed with fresh strawberry flavor and a buttery cookie crunch. Perfect for summer!
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups golden Oreo crumbs
5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
For the Filling:
8 oz (225g) cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
1 box (3.4 oz) strawberry-flavored instant pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
For the Crunch Topping:
1 cup crushed golden Oreos
½ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions: Make the Crust:
Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into a baking dish. Chill for 20 minutes. Prepare the Filling:
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk. Fold both mixtures together, then gently fold in whipped cream. Assemble the Cake:
Spread the filling evenly over the crust and smooth the top. Make the Crunch Topping:
Mix crushed Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the cake. Chill & Serve:
