Ingredients:
– 20 large fresh strawberries
– 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup (50g) powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
– 1/2 cup (50g) graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:
1. Begin by washing the strawberries thoroughly. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. Use a paring knife to carefully remove the green tops and create a small cavity in each strawberry, ensuring enough depth to hold the filling.
3. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
4. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream to the mixture. Whip until the filling is light and fluffy.
5. Fill a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the corner snipped with the cheesecake mixture to pipe it neatly into each strawberry.
6. Generously sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the cheesecake-filled strawberries, ensuring a good adherence on top.
7. Arrange on a serving platter and chill for at least 30 minutes so the cheesecake sets slightly. Enjoy the blend of creamy, crunchy, and fresh flavors.
