Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies 🥜🍫

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in Reese’s peanut butter chips, Reese’s Pieces, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
