½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 tbsp butter
For the Chocolate Frosting:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
