Grilled Chicken Salad with Avocado Dressing
A fresh, protein-packed salad that’s both delicious and nutritious! Ingredients:
For the Salad:
2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
4 cups romaine or mixed greens
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup corn (grilled or canned)
1/2 avocado, diced
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Avocado Dressing:
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Grill the Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Slice and set aside. Prepare the Dressing:
Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add water if needed for a thinner consistency. Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl, layer romaine, tomatoes, corn, cucumber, and avocado.
Add the grilled chicken slices on top. Add the Dressing:
