Creamy Garlic Butter Beef and Spinach Tortellini

Ingredients:
1. 1 lb (450g) ground beef
2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
3. 3 cloves garlic, minced
4. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
6. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
7. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
8. 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
9. 1 cup beef broth
10. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
11. 2 cups fresh spinach
12. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
13. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add olive oil and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until beef is browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
3. Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Add the cheese tortellini and beef broth to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tortellini is cooked through.
5. Stir in unsalted butter until melted and well combined.
6. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the mixture and stir until cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
