Garlic Shrimp Caesar Wrap

Ingredients:
½ pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
¼ cup Caesar dressing
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large flour tortillas
¼ cup croutons (crushed)
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.
In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
Place the lettuce mixture in the center of each tortilla. Add cooked shrimp and sprinkle with crushed croutons.
Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Slice in half and serve.
