Crispy baked chicken wings and corn Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken wings: 1 lb
Corn on the cob: 2 ears, cut into thirds
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper: 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp
Paprika: 1/2 tsp
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Honey: 2 tbsp
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.
Place the wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, and olive oil.
Heat over low heat until the honey melts and the sauce is smooth.
Toss the baked wings in the honey sauce to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Serve the wings with the corn on the cob.
