Ingredients:
For the Chicken Wings:
🍗 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
🧂 1 tsp salt
🌶️ 1/2 tsp black pepper
🌾 1 tsp smoked paprika
🧄 1/2 tsp garlic powder
🛢️ 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Creamy Sauce:
🧈 2 tbsp unsalted butter
🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🧀 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
🌾 1 tsp Italian seasoning
🍋 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
For Garnish:
🌿 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Prepare the Wings:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Bake the Wings:
Arrange the wings on a wire rack placed over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, lemon juice (if using), and season with salt and pepper. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine and Finish:
Remove the wings from the oven and transfer them to a baking dish. Pour the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce over the wings.
Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, allowing the sauce to coat the wings and become bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Serve hot with crusty bread or a side salad.
