Slow Cooker Caramelized Onion Pasta 😋

🧅 Ingredients:
• 4 yellow onions, sliced thin
• 3 tbsp olive oil or butter
• ¼ cup white wine or veggie broth
• 1 lb pasta (spaghetti, penne, or your choice)
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿

🧅 Instructions:
1️⃣ Add sliced onions, olive oil, and salt to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
2️⃣ Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours, stirring occasionally.
3️⃣ About 30 mins before the onions are ready, add garlic, thyme, rosemary, and wine/broth.
4️⃣ Cook pasta and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
5️⃣ Mix caramelized onions with cooked pasta, adding reserved pasta water for a creamy sauce.
6️⃣ Stir in Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
7️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
