_Ingredients:_
– 12 oz orecchiette pasta
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 lb ground beef or pork
– 1 carrot, finely chopped
– 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
– 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
– 1 tsp dried basil
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– Salt and pepper
– Grated Parmesan cheese
_Instructions:_
1. Cook orecchiette pasta al dente
2. Sauté onion, garlic in olive oil until softened
3. Add ground meat, cook until browned
4. Add carrot, celery, cook until tender
5. Add crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano
6. Simmer sauce 20-30 min, season with salt, pepper
7. Combine cooked pasta, sauce, top with Parmesan cheese
