8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cherry pie filling
8 egg roll wrappers
Instructions
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until it’s nice and smooth. So easy!
Assemble the Egg Rolls:
Lay out an egg roll wrapper on your counter. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the cheesecake mixture in the center, then top it with a spoonful of cherry pie filling.
Roll it up, folding in the sides as you go to seal the cheesecake inside. Repeat with the rest of the wrappers.
Air Fry the Egg Rolls:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
