
Bacon and Cheese Crustless Quiche
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Grease a pie dish or quiche pan and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Whisk the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Add crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese and stir.
After filling the dish, bake it for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is brown and the middle is set.
Let cool slightly before cutting into slices and serving.
