Beef Tips with Mushrooms Slow Cooker or Instant Pot

Ingredients:
– 2 lbs sirloin beef tips
– 3 tablespoons butter
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions:
1. Begin by melting the butter in your slow cooker or Instant Pot on the sauté setting.
2. Once the butter is melted, add the sirloin beef tips and brown them on all sides for a few minutes.
3. Sprinkle the all-purpose flour over the beef tips and stir to coat evenly, making sure to mix it well into the meat.
4. Add any desired mushrooms, onions, or garlic for extra flavor. Season with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs.
5. If using a slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. If using an Instant Pot, close the lid and set it to high pressure for 35 minutes.
6. Once cooking is complete, allow for a natural pressure release if using the Instant Pot.
7. Serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes, garnished with fresh herbs if desired!
