Biscuits & Sausage Gravy Pizza
Ingredients:
1 pound breakfast sausage
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pound pizza dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Sprinkle flour over the sausage and stir until absorbed. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread the sausage gravy over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped green onions.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Slice and serve hot.
