Add to your breakfast 
 1 ripe banana
 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
 1 cup milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
 Ice cubes (optional for a colder smoothie)
