Brownie Bottom Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients:

1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spoon a small amount into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the brownies are set.
While the brownies bake, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth. Stir in sour cream.
Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the baked brownies, filling each liner almost to the top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheesecakes are set.
Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
