Cabbage Beef Bake

Ingredients:
1. 1 lb ground beef
2. 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
3. 1 onion, diced
4. 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
5. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
7. 1 teaspoon paprika
8. Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat Oven:
1.1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
Prepare the Ingredients:
2.1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2.2. Add the chopped cabbage and diced onion to the skillet. Cook until the cabbage is slightly softened.
2.3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few more minutes.
Layer the Bake:
3.1. Transfer the beef and cabbage mixture to the greased baking dish.
3.2. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake the Dish:
4.1. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
5.1. Serve the Cabbage Beef Bake hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
