📋 Ingredients
● For the Ice Cream Base:
• 2 cups (480 ml) cold heavy cream
• 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
● For the Cookie Dough:
• ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
• ½ cup (100 g) brown sugar
• ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour (heat-treated*)
• ½ cup (90 g) mini chocolate chips
● For the Candy Mix-ins:
• ¾ cup (150 g) chopped Snickers
• ¾ cup (150 g) chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
• ½ cup (120 ml) chocolate fudge sauce (optional)

📝 Instructions
1: Prepare the Cookie Dough – In a bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in the milk and vanilla extract, then stir in the heat-treated flour and mini chocolate chips. Roll the dough into small chunks and refrigerate.
2: Make the Ice Cream Base – Whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
3: Add the Goodies – Fold in the chopped Snickers, chopped Reese’s, and cookie dough pieces. If using, swirl in the chocolate fudge sauce for an extra decadent touch.
4: Freeze & Set – Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
