Caramel Brûlée Latte Martini
Ingredients :
1 oz vodka (vanilla vodka works well)
1 oz coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
1 oz caramel liqueur (such as Baileys Caramel or other caramel liqueurs)
1 oz freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
Ice
Optional: Caramel syrup or a caramelized sugar rim (for garnish)
Garnish: Whipped cream, caramel drizzle, or a sprinkle of sugar (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Glass:
Optionally, create a caramelized sugar rim. To do this, moisten the rim of the martini glass with a little water or a lime wedge, then dip it into sugar. You can also drizzle some caramel syrup inside the glass for added flavor and decoration.
Mix the Cocktail:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, caramel liqueur, espresso, and heavy cream (or half-and-half). Add ice to fill the shaker.
Shake:
Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the cocktail is well-chilled and frothy.
Strain and Serve:
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
Garnish:
Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel syrup, or a sprinkle of sugar for extra sweetness and flair.
Tips:
Extra Caramel Flavor: Add a drizzle of caramel syrup inside the glass or mix it into the cocktail for a richer caramel flavor.
Frothy Version: For extra froth, shake the cocktail without ice for a few seconds before adding the ice to the shaker.
Boozy Kick: For an extra boozy kick, add a splash of bourbon or spiced rum.
