Cheesy Beef Alfredo with Linguine
Ingredients:
12 oz linguine pasta
1 lb ground beef
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Once browned, drain any excess fat and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Add the Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
Add the cooked beef to the sauce and stir to combine.
Toss the cooked linguine pasta into the cheesy beef Alfredo sauce. Stir until well coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
