Ingredients:
• 4 ears of corn (husks removed)
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
• 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk (optional for extra creaminess)
How to Make It:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prep your grill.
Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Brush the corn with the garlic butter mixture.
Oven method: Bake for 20-25 mins, turning halfway. Grill method: Grill for 10-15 mins, turning often.
Sprinkle cheese over corn in the last 5 mins. Broil for 2-3 mins in the oven.
Drizzle with leftover garlic butter and garnish with parsley. Serve hot!
