Instructions:
1. Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package directions. Once done, drain and set it aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken breast and cook until it’s browned and no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the broccoli florets and chicken broth to the skillet. Cover and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
5. Remove the lid and stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
