Chocolate cake with strawberries!
Ingredients
Dough:
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of warm milk
1 cup of cocoa powder
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Filling:
1 can of condensed milk
1 box of cream
1 tablespoon of butter
100g of chopped white chocolate
1 box of chopped strawberries
Chocolate Ganache:
200g of chopped semisweet chocolate
1 box of cream
Preparation method
Dough:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until a fluffy cream forms.
2. Add the oil and warm milk, mixing well.
3. Sift the flour and cocoa powder, incorporating gently.
4. Add the baking powder and mix gently.
5. Pour into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180ยฐC for about 35 minutes.
Filling:
1. In a saucepan, place the condensed milk, cream, butter and white chocolate.
2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
3. After cooling, add the chopped strawberries and mix.
Topping:
1. Melt the semisweet chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
2. Mix with the cream until it forms a glossy cream.
Assembly:
1. Cut the cake in half and fill with the strawberry cream.
2. Cover with the chocolate ganache.
3. Decorate with whole strawberries on top.
