8 oz (225g) dark chocolate (chopped)
½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
1 tbsp butter Instructions:

Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth, then stir in hot coffee (batter will be thin). Bake the Cake:
Divide the batter evenly into the cake pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let the cakes cool completely. Make the Cream Filling:
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add heavy cream and whip until fluffy. Prepare the Ganache:
Heat heavy cream, pour over dark chocolate, and stir until silky. Add butter for a glossy finish. Assemble the Cake:
Place one cake layer on a plate, spread with cream filling, and top with the second layer. Pour chocolate ganache over the cake, letting it drip down the sides. Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing. Enjoy this sinfully delicious chocolate treat! Tip: Garnish with chocolate shavings or a drizzle of melted white chocolate for extra flair!
