Chocolate Fudge Layered Cake – Indulge in Decadence!
A rich, moist chocolate cake stacked with layers of silky fudge frosting, topped with a glossy chocolate ganache. Every bite is pure indulgence! Ingredients:
For the Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ¾ cups sugar
¾ cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup whole milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup hot coffee (or hot water)
For the Fudge Frosting:
1 cup butter, softened
3 ½ cups powdered sugar
¾ cup cocoa powder
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Ganache:
8 oz dark chocolate, chopped

Bake the Cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients, then add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir in hot coffee. Divide into greased 9-inch pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely. Make the Fudge Frosting:
Beat butter until creamy. Gradually mix in powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla, adding cream until smooth. Prepare the Ganache:
Heat heavy cream, pour over chopped chocolate, and stir until glossy. Let cool slightly. Assemble the Cake:
Spread fudge frosting between cake layers. Cover the entire cake with frosting, then pour ganache over the top. Serve & Enjoy!
