½ cup cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup melted dark chocolate

Bake the Cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch cake pans. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix the Wet Ingredients:
Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined, then slowly stir in hot coffee (batter will be thin). Bake & Cool:
