Chocolate Stuffed Pie
Ingredients:
20 Nutter Butters
6 tbsp melted butter
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
20 Reese’s peanut butter cups
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup melted chocolate
Directions:
Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9” pie dish with nonstick spray. Pulse Nutter Butters in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix in melted butter, press into pie dish, and bake 8-10 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
Fudge Layer: In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, chocolate chips, vanilla, and salt. Cook until chocolate melts. Pour over crust, embed Reese’s cups, and refrigerate.
Peanut Butter Layer: Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugars, and vanilla until fluffy. Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold in. Spread over fudge layer, drizzle with chocolate, and chill for 4 hours.
